  • Are classes beginner-friendly?

    No yoga experience is necessary to take class. Yoga has a cumulative effect on your overall health and can transform your life. We have everything you need for class. Come enjoy our friendly, approachable, and magical studio with an introductory special for first-time students!

  • Are all classes heated?

    Our space is designed for both hot and cool classes. Hot Yoga PTC offers diverse yoga classes taught at all temperatures.

  • Do I need to bring a mat + towel?

    We have everything you’ll need for class and yoga mats, towels, and water available for rental and purchase.

  • What are the benefits of yoga?

  • I have a physical limitation. Can I do yoga?

    Our Original Hot Yoga 26/2 is for all levels of fitness and all ages. As long as you have doctor approval to exercise, you are ready for this yoga class!

  • Is this an authentic Bikram yoga studio?

    Meredith Webb’s teacher is Bikram himself. You will get all of the traditions, ancient techniques, and nuances of a traditional Bikram class in our Original Hot Yoga 26/2 class.
